From the Pantry to Plate explores the process by which food was obtained, prepared, and served, culminating in the noble's feast and banquet.

Spice Up Your Life examines the herbs and spices used in culinary and medicinal uses. For an adult audience, this program can also explore the use of various foods once viewed as aphrodisiacs.

A Strange Brew negotiates the history and trends of ale, mead and beer, and demonstrates their brewing practices.

Elegant Attire demonstrates the dressing of the upwardly mobile, utilizing skillfully researched and executed garments that can not only be seen, but touched and examined by the audience.

A Sharp Pursuit navigates the various tools and techniques of the huntsman's game.

A Well Made Step presents courtly dancing, both for demonstration and with audience participation.

Children's Knighting introduces the children to the chivalry and manners of the era.
